We are looking to get on the propperty ladder. Family of 4 (Mum, dad and two Girls 12+13) are looking to buy a house either on a monthly pay up base or on a shared ownership bases.
We are looking at an old house, like an old Cottage or an old Croft. Refurbishing is not a Problem, as Husband is a Tradesman (Electrician) and we will get any Trade needed to help us with the refurbishment. This means, don't hesitate contacting us with an old-old house in need of extensive renovation.
Ideal the House would be a minimum 3 bedroom house with a bigger Garden. Ideal the House would be in the Peterhead Area or between Peterhead and Balmedie. We would like to stay on the east side of the A90 somewhere near the sea, but we really considder anything, as long as it is what we are looking for.
We call all the Farmers with empty lying old Farm houses in need of renovation! Why are you leaving them nice buildings lying empty until they fall to bits? Please give us a chance to get our Home and give the old home a new life.
Kepp the Land and just give us some Garden to grow Veg and fruit and to have some small animals (Chicken, Dog, Rabbits...)
We are really not fuzzed about the condition of the house, as we have the knowledge and the skills needed to get the work done.
