It has a very large window almost the size of the side wall providing fantastic views. An open fireplace which makes the room cozy in winter time (coal and wood supplied). There is also large garden outside with some storage space. You would also have use of the lounge, utility, kitchen and bathroom which includes the house facilities eg the washing machine and dishwasher.

We are a family of four with two small children and two cats looking for a lodger in our spare room. The house is approx 25mins drive from Aberdeen city, 20 mins drive from Dyce and 10 mins drive from Ellon. We are looking for a non smoking person, who likes animals and children. Own transport is recommended as buses are available but very limited
