I have a very large flat in aberdeen, you will see what i mean if you see it. It also has a large boxroom which is getting used as a 2nd bedroom but could be used as a study. I currently rent it out to my boss from work at halliburton and left all my furniture in it as it was someone i could trust. I was going to replace the current furniture with second hand stuff as it is all the best of stuff. If it was to a responsible couple i would maybe consider leaving it. I am currently in australia so would not be able to meet you but my mother could show you round.
It is available from 1st august.
There is a 50" plasma LG on the wall in the lounge, with a brand new red leather corner + 2 seater sofa, computer desk ect.
The bedroom is very big which has a brand new super king size leather bed with a large free standing matching mirror. Large walk in wardrobe

Nice wooden flooring throughout except carpet in bedroom.
