we have a 2 bed house in northfield, looking for a 2 or 3 bed house out with Aberdeen in the shire.
house is decorated to a neutral taste and has wooden floors and cream carpets, bathroom is a year old.
garden for own use and new fence recently put up.

Home is smoke and pet free.

we need to move to be closer to family as we have small child and one on way and i care for my grandparent who lives 40 miles from aberdeen.
otherwise would not want to leave friends, street is friendly and private.
